Product Manager in Atlon Avia, Naukovo-virobniche pidpriemstvo

Ukraine full-cycle research and production enterprise, the leader of the field of unmanned aviation of Ukraine, in connection with active development invites a Product Manager to our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Formation of Product Vision, determination of its strategic direction and creation of a detailed development roadmap.
• Conducting an in-depth needs analysis end users, systematizing their feedback from testing and real application scenarios.
• Development of product requirements, preparation of technical descriptions, specifications and user stories for R&D teams, engineers and developers.
• Prioritization of tasks in the backlog and coordination of work of engineering teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Participation in field tests, product demonstrations and further analysis of results to improve functionality.
• Collaboration with stakeholders – partners, military units and investors – to align strategic vision and key priorities.
• Monitor product performance metrics and maintain up-to-date product documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Product Manager in technology companies (preferably in hardware, deep-tech or defense-tech areas).
• Understanding the full cycle of product creation - from concept to research to implementation and scaling.
• Developed communication and interaction skills with technical specialists, R&D teams and end users.
• Technical awareness or willingness to quickly master complex technical areas (electronics, aviation, military technology).
• Willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment and travel to participate in testing.

It will be an advantage:

• Technical education (aviation, radio engineering, mechatronics, etc.).
• Practical knowledge in military technologies: EW, telemetry, UAVs, stabilized platforms, Starlink and other related areas.
• Experience of working directly with military units as end users.
• English proficiency at the level of reading technical documentation and conducting business correspondence.
