Product Manager in KIT Group

For 17 years, KIT Group has been helping thousands of customers every day to make transfers, exchange currencies, issue cash/receive non-cash transfers. We work with any currencies in the world and provide the highest level of service.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager who can take over the strategic and operational development of the Electronic Money direction.

 Main responsibilities:

• Development of client products and increase of lead generation.
• Formation and launch of international (cross-border) products with minimal commissions and maximum execution speed.
• Management of accounts and products: purchase, activation, control of payments, maintenance of accounting registers.
• Interaction with the IT team: formation of business requirements (BRD), control of task implementation in Jira, description of business logic in the form of requirements and process diagrams (BPMN, UML).
• Testing of new site functionalities, Telegram bots, payment offices.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of current products, search for optimization solutions.
• Preparation of instructions and training for the team.
• Communication with contractors and coordination of the work of cross-functional teams (IT, finance, legal department, compliance).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education.
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in fintech/exchange or cryptocurrency services.
• Technical or analytical background will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in task management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana), analytics (GA, Power BI, Excel).
• Discipline, responsibility, attention to details.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changes.

Working conditions:

• Work format: online.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30-18:30.
