Product Manager in Nova poshta

Nova poshta is the leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and now we are looking for: "Product Manager".

What needs to be done:

• development of company products related to international delivery/reception for business/private customers;
• product concept development, protection and verification;
• project work on product implementation;
• participation in process development;
• coordination of business and organizational and legal work of the product in companies;
• conducting customer testing;
• assessment of product satisfaction (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map (Service Design methodology);
• participation in the preparation and implementation of internal materials (instructions, rules, etc.);
• participation in the preparation of training materials (including participation in the formation of commercial offers);
• analysis of commercial product indicators;
• participation in negotiations with customers on connecting products;
• participation in the formation of a product promotion and product sales strategy.

We expect from you:

• experience in the logistics services market, knowledge of the main market players, a significant advantage will be experience in the import/export of goods, foreign trade operations, MBO;
• experience in the position of product manager/product owner/brand manager from 2 years;
• confident project work skills (launch of new products);
• IT skills (description of business requirements for changes, SCRUM work, knowledge of JIRA, testing of information systems and client processes);
• marketing skills (business orientation, mastery of communication tools with clients: Service design, NPS, CSI, focus groups, conducting business interviews, webinars);
• experience in the field of services (financial and technical companies/banks, telecommunications, online retail, IT);
• availability of a portfolio of launched products/projects.
