Product Manager in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

The team of the Department of development of new products and services for the corporate market of Kyivstar is looking for a new colleague to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Market analysis of Cloud products (hereinafter - new products), both within Ukraine and abroad;
• Preparation and development of regular reports and analytics on new products;
• Preparation of goal achievement forecasts;
• Introduction of new and development of existing products and services;
• Analysis and preparation of proposals for potential partners, interaction and support of existing ones;
• Implementation and automation of tools for calculation and analysis of data for new products;
• Preparation of proposals for market introduction strategy, promotion channels and of sales;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented initiatives – comparison of planned indicators with actual ones;
• Processing of requests for the development of one-time and periodic reports, formation of business requirements, testing;
• Regular and one-time reports and analytical presentations, with conclusions and recommendations;
• Preparation of proposals for optimization and increasing the informativeness of periodic reports.

Requirements:

• 3 years of work experience as a product manager;
• Experience in creating, implementing and developing new products (Telecom or IT will be an advantage);
• Experience in conducting client and market research, knowledge of tools of research;
• High level of mastery of Excel;
• Knowledge of mathematical modeling methods of Power BI dashboards (will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of telecommunications, cloud products and the mechanics of their operation (will be an advantage);
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, form conclusions and recommendations based on data;
• Communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with external and internal customers and partners, to present the results of the analysis in an understandable form;
• English language: Pre-Intermediate + (preferred).
