Product manager in Top Trend

"Top Trend" is a company that has been successfully working in the field of Internet trade for more than 6 years. Our assortment includes cosmetics, home and garden products, textile products, and more.

We are currently looking for a strong Product manager who will introduce new products to the Ukrainian market — from the idea to full readiness for sale.

Your key tasks:

Full cycle of work with the product before the start of sales:

• formation of a unique value proposition of the product;
• market analysis and competitors;
• ordering and testing of samples;
• packaging development;
• supplier search;
• organization of focus groups, target audience surveys;
• product preparation for market launch;
• Transfer of the prepared product to the marketing and sales team.
• Control of compliance of the implemented product with the planned concepts.

Our expectations:

• Experience as a Product manager in e-commerce or consumer goods - from 2 years;
• Higher education (preferably marketing, economics, management product);
• Deep knowledge of market analytics, product development and hypothesis testing;
• Understanding the principles of product creation taking into account consumer demand;
• Experience of interaction with manufacturers, designers, logisticians, etc.;
• A portfolio of implemented products is a must.
