Product manager in Zavod Polimerdetal, TOV

A Ukrainian company with a long history of success, TOV "Zavod Polimerdetal" is Ukraine's largest producer of sanitary and technical goods and household goods made of plastic, which produces products under its own trademark SoloPlast. We are actively expanding our horizons and strive to improve our assortment policy, ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customer needs. That is why we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team of professionals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a product manager or category manager (from 2 years).
• Deep understanding of the principles of market analysis, assortment matrix management and pricing.
• Excellent analytical skills, confident command of Excel (pivot tables, functions) and other analytical tools.
• Skills in organizing presentations and effective communications.
• Experience in monitoring competitors, analyzing financial indicators and inventory management.
• Self-organization, responsibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Your duties:

• Analysis of the market, customer needs and main trends in order to form a product development strategy.
• Management of the assortment matrix: introduction of new items, assortment rotation, margin control.
• Participation in the development and testing of test samples/product versions.
• Monitoring the activities of competitors, pricing and the state of the market.
• Implementation of projects and measures aimed at optimizing the category (promotions, sales, marketing activities).
• Management of warehouse stocks and their optimization.
• Conducting analytics financial indicators, evaluation of sales performance.
• Organization of presentations for partners and sales specialists.

Working conditions:

• Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
