Product Manager in Futurra Group

• Educational lifestyle platform for women MusesAcademy, which helps to reveal inner potential and change life for the better.
• Cross-platform VPN, which has been providing access to various web resources thanks to our own VPN protocols.

Now we are strengthening our MusesAcademy team and are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the development of our product on web and iOS platforms.

About MusesAcademy:

The product works in the microlearning format and provides users with hundreds of units of useful content — from practical lessons on various topics, self-development books and audio materials with extra information to chats with lifestyle coaches who can advise on various life issues in real time.

The project grows thanks to performance marketing and has a subscription model of monetization. A few months after launch in 2023, we found positive unit economics and conducted a number of successful product tests. MusesAcademy is developing rapidly and sets ambitious goals for further growth. So the team is focused both on finding new growth points in marketing and on actively working on product quality to raise key business metrics.

Your main tasks in this role:

• Conduct constant user and market research to find potential product growth points;
• Put A/B hypothesis testing on the flow to improve key product metrics — from idea generation to control implementation;
• Build an effective partnership with payment and marketing teams.

What we expect from you:

• From 1 year of experience in the position of Product Manager;
• Experience in conducting A/B testing;
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research;
• Systematic and analytical mindset;
• Product-oriented thinking;
• Intermediate+ English level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in a food company.
