Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. We've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology for more than 10 years. Kismia has 60 million users and is available in 9 languages. All this was made possible thanks to our collaborators - quarks.

An R&D product of Quarks is an educational product for women in the mental health niche. The mission of the product is to transform people's quality of life through personalized services and educational programs in the field of mental health.

During the existence of the product:

• found a VP and brought together the start-up economy unit;
• built a product with educational programs and personalized services;
• we have quarterly traction in the growth of business indicators.

Due to the growth and development of the product, we are looking for a Product Manager who will become one of the key team members. The mission of the position is the development and management of a web platform with a quality service of personalized services and educational programs in the field of mental health.

You will have the following tasks:

• Building a system process for providing content materials
• Building and developing functionality for personalized services
• Building and developing product functionality and improving user experience for the growth of product metrics

It is important for us:

• 3+ years of experience in the role of Product Manager
• Experience in creating product solutions from scratch:
  
  • creating a product roadmap
  • defining requirements for technical development
  • writing technical tasks and specifications
  • coordination of processes between cross-functional teams
  • product analytics, A/B testing
• The presence of successful cases of achieving business goals as a result of the generation and implementation of product hypotheses
• Systemic and analytical thinking
• Traction based on the results of work in past positions
• Knowledge of English - Advanced

It will be a plus for us if you have:

• Experience in R&D or startups: understanding startup culture and the ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and high speed
• Interest in the fields of psychology and mental health
