Product manager in Makeup

One ​​of the largest Internet groups in Ukraine and Europe — MAKEUP, invites to its team a Product manager (direction of decorative cosmetics) in the marketing department of the Own Brand (VTM ).

We are looking for a Product manager who has experience in the field of decorative cosmetics and speaks English at a level not lower than B1-B2.< /p>

Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position in the field of decorative cosmetics for at least 1 year;
• proficiency in English (oral and written) at the B1-B2 level; /li>
• similar work experience in large beauty retailers that have their own brands will be a plus;
• understanding of all processes related to product creation and promotion;
• organizational skills, ability to manage several processes at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• development of new decorative cosmetics products: search for ideas and evaluation of their effectiveness;
• research of the market and customer needs;
• analysis of products already available in the company's arsenal , tracking new trends and new products in the world of beauty products; formulating requirements for new products; communicating with manufacturers; searching for and attracting new manufacturers;
• control of the development and testing of new products (samples);
• development of technical tasks for designers to create mock-ups of new product packaging; their entry into the market;
• control over the timely execution of works.
