Your tasks:

• Monitoring the activities of competitors and finding new ideas to expand the product portfolio 

• Market analysis (competitive and price analysis, assessment of market potential)

• Management and control of the development process in cooperation with internal departments

• Cooperation with the formation department for the purpose of identifying the need

• Conducting hypothesis testing on the product 

• < span style="font-weight: 300; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Forming improvements to existing products based on feedback, market changes, etc.

• Achievement of set goals and KPIs by products

• Management of analytics and reporting on accountable work

• Preparation and development of regular reports and analytics on new products 

• Preparation of forecasts of goal achievement

You are our candidate if you have:

• High level of knowledge and desire to immerse yourself in the knowledge of ammunition

• Experience as a Product manager preferably in a manufacturing company for 2 years or more

• Experience in the full cycle - from idea to product creation

• Experience in building a product improvement and development strategy

• High level of mastery of CRM systems

• OEM experience will be an advantagespeech and customization (possible consideration of development software)

• Preference will be given to a former military man who wants to understand the field and industry

• Work in a stable, modern company that works for victory
