We are announcing a competition for the position of Product Manager (Kyiv)
Position description:
Management and development of the assigned brands according to the strategic plan and business needs of the organization.
Basic requirements:
1 /strong>: Higher medical/pharmaceutical degree, having education in the field of marketing and management will be considered as an added advantage
2. Experience: At least 2 years of successful brand/product management in the OTS segment , with mandatory previous experience as a medical representative

- Marketing plan development (including marketing P&L), coordination its implementation and making changes if necessary
- Brand fundamentals (identification of consumer needs and market trends for forming/correcting brand strategy and tactics)

- Brand health management (Brand Health management - using knowledge about brand health drivers, latest trends and research results for planning, prioritization and building effective marketing models)
- Targeting and segmentation customers
- Understanding consumers and influencers (marketing research, identifying insights, stereotypes, etc., forecasting changes in needs and opportunities)

- Development and promotion of brand products in the professional community (general understanding of principles and basic tools, strong expertise in cooperation with COL, preparation of guidelines for the work of medical representatives)
- Brand promotion among of direct consumers (identification of the most effective and relevant CA promotion channels and creatives, evaluation of effectiveness), basic knowledge in the field of media planning (TV, Internet)
- Brand development in pharmaceutical channels (in cooperation with the sales team)
- Providing medical representatives with marketing tools for brand promotion
- Management of cross-functional projects
