Product manager in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We invite a proactive, experienced and result-oriented super-professional in the implementation and development of fixed line communication products to join our friendly and creative marketing team at the Kyivstar corporate market. Key responsibilities:

• Analysis of the market, competitors, customer needs, main trends and the formation of proposals for the development strategy of the business area;
• Regular analysis of key indicators for all products of the area, research of customer experience and identification of areas for development, formation of an activity plan and its further implementation;
• Formation, implementation and support of the launch of new fixed line products and services;
• Development and implementation of measures to improve the promotion of fixed line services, existing and new services;
• Formation of pricing policies for public and individual offers for B2B clients of Kyivstar;
• Forecasting and budgeting of the main indicators of the business direction;
• Preparation of materials and training of employees.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the specialty of marketing and/or telecommunications;
• At least 3 years in marketing of a telecommunications company (fixed line) or in a company providing service services;
• Knowledge of mobile and fixed products, understanding of the principles of building a fixed communication network;
• Experience of implementing products and their support (providing examples of successful projects will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of the MS Office package, experience with databases;
• English language - intermediate level or higher;
• Proactivity, results-oriented and efficiency;
• Ability work in a team and project management experience;
