We are looking in the team is a Product Manager who will develop additional educational products from idea to implementation.

 Your tasks:

• Development strategies: market analysis, understanding of the product development process and strategies for launching them into the market;
• Product planning: ability to develop and implement a product line, budgeting, RoadMap;
• Tools : using tools to collect and analyze user feedback, such as SurveyMonkey, UserTesting;
• Team management: coordination of team work, control of deadlines and efficiency.

1. Tasks for the 1st month: market analysis and prioritization products under development.
2. Fortasks for the 6th month: developed additional products that give an increase of 15% of the company's turnover.
3. Tasks for the 12th month: Development of both additional products and courses.

What is important to us:

• Experience in the position of PMfrom the 1st year;
• Levelknowledge ofGerman C1;
• Experiencein the EdTech field;
• Developmentand launch ofadditional products for language schools;
• Analytical skills and strategicthinking.

Will be a plus:

Knowledge of methods of user research, such as: surveys, interviews, UX testing.
