Product manager in Makeup

One ​​of the largest Internet groups in Ukraine and Europe — MAKEUP, invites to its team a Product manager in Marketing department of Own Brand (VTM)

Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• understanding of all processes related to related to product creation and promotion;
• organizational skills, the ability to manage several processes at the same time.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Responsibilities:

• development of new products: search for ideas and assessment of their effectiveness;
• market research and customer needs;
• analysis of products already available in the company's arsenal, monitoring of new trends and new products in the world of beauty products;
• li> formulation of requirements for new products;
• communication with manufacturers;
• control of development and testing of new tools (samples);
• development of technical tasks for designers to create layouts of packaging of new products;
• development of strategies for the promotion and popularization of goods after they enter the market;
• control over the timely completion of work.
