We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team!
Tasks you will encounter:
- Development of brand development strategies
- Introduction of new products
- Assortment management, pricing
- Strategic work planning and budgeting for TM
- Organization and providing data from market, competitor and consumer analysis
- Organization and control of assortment and price policy formation for different markets and types of customers
- Development and control of the application of brand positioning in the market to achieve commercial indicators, in accordance with the strategy of the corporation
- Formation of the annual budget (sales through sales channels, margin, marketing expenses) Marginal income management, pricing: prices, price lists, discounts
- Negotiations with strategic important main suppliers
- Securing and monitoring of financial agreements with suppliers
- Search and development of new, promising sales channels
- Search and calculation of profitable promo offers for customers
- Management of flow and turnover by brand in all warehouses, SKUs
- Participation in the formation of the warehouse program together with the analytical group
- Working with illiquids, (development of measures for working with illiquids) , formation of special offers, sales, markdowns
- Organization and control of training for brands, partners and company employees
- Formation of advertising and marketing activities by brands
