We require an experienced Product Manager with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully conducting A/B tests and optimizing margins. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our product's user experience, drive growth, improve conversion rates and further improve and expand service propositions.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Product development and management with a strong focus on CRO.

  • Successful experience with A/B testing.

  • Understanding human psychology to capture and mitigate users' mental blocks, hesitation, pain points.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation.

  • Strong background in conducting research and analyzing data.

  • Experience with margin rate optimization techniques and strategies. 

  • Proficient understanding of backend systems and their impact on product performance.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to identify problems proactively and develop effective solutions.

  • Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes.

  • Demonstrated experience in improving user interfaces and enhancing user experiences.

  • Experience crafting and evolving developer experiences from conceptualizing to launch.

  • Experience in collaboration with diverse teams to achieve company goals.

  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.

  • Knowledge and understanding of different attribution models.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for conversion improvements across the product lifecycle.

  • Contribute to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on enhancing user interface and overall experience and take responsibility for execution 

  • Create detailed user stories and requirements, translating business needs into actionable items for the development team.

  • Overview of the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

  • Conductthorough research and data analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for optimization.

  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, using insights to recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with design teams to improve the user interface and user experience.

  • Perform competitive analysis to understand market trends and positioning.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the market to inform product strategy.

  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product goals and strategies.

  • Prepare detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

  • Bring a creative approach to product development, seeking innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
