Product manager in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Main duties:

• Forms a description of the Product for market participants and end consumers.< /li>
• Initiates and implements measures to inform the Telecom market about the advantages of the Product;
• Adjusts the concept and content of the product in view of profitability and feedback from partners;
• Manages Product modification activities: develops business case, operational and technical requirements, coordinates involved departments, etc.;
• Forms business requirements for changes in the product, creates a product development plan (adding new functionality, automating calculations, creating reports , etc.);
• Collects, analyzes and systematizes market statistics, information on the state and trends in the telecommunications market, the results of marketing research, statistical information from internal IT systems;
• Attracts new partners before using the Product, through negotiations, training sessions. The end result of involving the signing of contracts for the provision of Services to Partners;
• When implementing the Product, include it in the existing processes of the company (sales, mutual settlements, processing of user appeals and complaints, processing of outages, updating information on the website and internal resource;

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in positions related to the introduction of a new complex product to the market;
• Ability to present product advantages and conduct negotiations to attract customers (organizations) to use Products;
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and systemic thinking;
• Education - higher: economy, finance, technical;
