Product Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for the first Product Manager for one of our successful businesses - < Liven. 

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into the daily lives of users, enabling them to optimize their emotional state. 

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business in early 2023 and have already proven its success — we found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling up, expanding the team from 3 to 35 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team. 

At Liven, we challenge traditional notions of linear career paths by encouraging each new team member to drive their own initiatives outside of their field.

In the role of Product manager, you are expected to:

Generate hypotheses to improve product metrics through the process of conducting a/b tests;
Research and optimize the user journey to improve the user experience;
Together with the team, build new directions in the product and processes in them;
Control the product development process at all stages from idea to analysis;
Conduct comprehensive market, user and competitor research to find product growth points.< /p>

What is important to us:

Must-have: 
The ability to systematically approach problem solving - to look for the cause of the problem, to break it down into small components and form decisions;
Experience working on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation;
Experience working with data analytics services (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or others);
Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks 'from 0 to 1';
High level of motivation and desire to develop;
Level of English: from Upper Intermediate (B2).

Nice- to-have:
Basic understanding of patterns in UX/UI;
Experience in setting tasks and communicating with the development team, understanding development processes.
 

In addition to businesses , we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.

We plan to further develop product IT businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine
