Our expectations from a candidate:
• higher medical, pharmaceutical or biological education;
• ability to make presentations for different audiences;
• confident PC user - MS Office package;
• understanding of the basics of marketing, modern tools;
• knowledge of laboratory business will be an advantage;
• we will consider candidates without experience in marketing, but it is important to have experience in the medical field or in communication with doctors (as a colleague, medical representative, KAM, etc.);
• positive and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, stress resistance.

Main tasks:

• market analysis in terms of main groups of consumers/products/competitors;
• strategy development, tactics and participation in promoting the product to the market;
• constant search for growth points and their development;
• planning and control of the implementation of marketing measures to promote the product;
• preparation of promotional materials and training of the company's divisions on new and existing products;
• conducting presentations,webinars, round tables and master classes;
• participation in budget development and sales forecasting;
• monitoring and analysis of the results of product implementation, identification of opportunities for its improvement and optimization;
• ensuring the achievement of planned indicators.[K1]
