Product manager in Edge Solutions Lab

We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to take responsibility for product development from idea to market sales. Previous relevant experience would be helpful but not essential. The main drivers are: willingness to take responsibility for direction, proactivity, leadership qualities, ability to learn quickly and willingness to delve into technical details.

The products in question belong to the field of military technology and will be used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. With this in mind, work is only possible in the office, as the remote format is not suitable for working with these products.

THIS ROLE PROVIDES:

• Creation and implementation of the product roadmap based on the collection of market data, communication with external and internal stakeholders;

• Responsibility for product development, market promotion, sales process and product support;

• Management of all stages from the implementation of the functionality to end-user support (expansion of the team is planned in case of sales growth);

• Monitoring and analysis of competitors' products;

• Collection of requirements from interested parties;

• Determination of priorities and formation of the final scope of work in accordance with the road map;

• Creating technical requirements and working with engineering teams on their implementation;

• Managing activities related to the release (task control, information, testing, etc.);

• Collection of feedback from customers;

• Providing stakeholders with written reports and updates;

• Create documentation;

• Constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT SKILLS WE EXPECT:

• Experience in product, project or technical support management;
