Product manager in Egolist Grup, OOO

Position description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for product development, its successful market introduction and maintaining its competitiveness. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including developers, designers, marketers and analysts.

Main duties:

• Market analysis, determination of customer needs and competitive environment.
• Creating and managing the product roadmap.
• Determining product requirements and writing technical tasks.
• Cooperation with the development team to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Collaboration with marketing to ensure effective communication of the UTP product.
• Interacting with customers and collecting feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators of the product.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager for at least 3 years.
• Deep understanding of the product life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with a large amount of data.
• Ability to work in a team.
• High level of communication skills and ability to convey information effectively.
