Responsibilities: —asaProduct Manager Team Lead, your primary role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders inMarketing, Sales, and Engineering toidentify significant growth opportunities. You will work with them totransform ideas into projects and lead orguide these projects tosuccessful outcomes. This may include aspects like pricing strategies, product packaging, market positioning, purchase experiences, and both initial and ongoing customer onboarding; —you will beresponsible for managing ateam ofproduct managers; —conduct competitive analysis and provide insights toenhance customer lifetime value (LTV); —identify underperforming segments through product statistics and provide insights toincrease LTV; —identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the user funnel; —lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization ofprojects toachieve short-term and long-term goals; —collaborate closely with the analytics team todevelop arobust product reporting system; —formulate hypotheses and oversee A/B testing initiatives (including UItests, price elasticity tests, etc.); —promote new product features and mechanics; —engage incustomer development, analyze NPS (Net Promoter Score), and gather CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) feedback; —optimize conversion rates byenhancing the user interface and user experience. Weare looking for you ifyou have: —5+years ofexperience working inproduct teams with astrong track record ofdelivering high-quality software toaglobal customer base; —proven management experience inleading ateam ofproduct managers; —adeep passion for business growth, with akeen understanding ofkey performance indicators and acommitment toconstant tracking and improvement; —proficiency inconducting A/B and A/A tests, along with astrong grasp ofdata analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics, Hotjar, PowerBI, orequivalents. Ability todraw meaningful insights independently from data; —familiarity with UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Axure, Figma, Balsamiq, orequivalents; —astrong interest instaying up-to-date with the latest ideas, patterns, and trends inonline business growth strategies.
