Product Lead in Novoplex

Product Lead Kyiv, remotely Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing. What you will do: • Implementation of the Value Proposition Canvas framework; • Setting tasks for Dev and UI/UX teams and prioritizing development backlog; • Cooperation with the Acquisition, CRM, Customer Success teams to work with the needs; • Cooperation with the UI/UX team for UX tests; • Product team management; • Cooperation with the analytics department to build reporting; • Participation in quarterly and annual OKR planning, to form the vision of projects. What you will need for this:: • Experience with VPC/ JobsToBeDone; • Team management experience; • Experience in in-depth interviews; • Deep understanding of statistics analytics; • Experience with building hypotheses and A/B testing; • Experience with product funnel management; • Experience with development methodologies. The following will be a plus: • Experience in working with a gaming product; • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
