Product Implementation Analyst for Doctor Eleks in ELEKS

The ELEKS company is looking for a Specialist in the implementation and support of the Doctor Eleks product in Lviv.

About the project

Doctor Eleks is a medical information system that helps to provide improved support to its patients thanks to the automation and optimization of complex operating rooms processes and methods of managing the patient's clinical data.
The main goal of the product is to increase the quality and value of providing medical services.

Requirements:

• Understanding of relational databases
• Basic skills of working with MS SQL Server (editions/components/installation/SQL Agent/SystemObject/Profiler)
• Good skills of writing t-sql scripts
• Understanding the principles of addressing in networks. Internal and external IR. Understanding how VPN works.
• Basic database skills (database manipulation - backup/restore/Shrink)
• Good SQL Server Managment Studio skills (users/accesses)< /li>
• Basic skills of working with OS Windows Server and OS Windows (installation of components/configuration of SharedFolder)
• Skills of working with Task Scheduler/Computer Managment/Task Manager/Control Panel/firewall/Service/Windows Logs
• Basic computer hardware skills

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the "Doctor Eleks" product for customers (working with the customer, analysis of the customer's business process, system deployment, adjusting the system's functionality to the needs and processes of the customer)
• Supporting existing customer installations (fulfilling tasks customers, customer support in chats, updating MIS)
• Filling the system/database of customers (document templates, reporting, and other data)
• Testing the system before releases (Testing according to the test plan and test cases of MIS functionality)
• Working with basic settings of MS SQL Server (setting tasks in the Agent, backup, access)
• Writing t-sql code in the database (writing procedures for reports or custom processes, inputs, triggers)
• Writing instructions and descriptions of new/existing functionality
• Possible business trips to the customer (Travels for customer training or customer start-up with MIS)
