Product Implementation Analyst in Webitel

We are developing our own communication platform >Webitel, which helps build the work of contact centers of various levels of complexity. Requirements:

• Understanding the operation of relational databases
• Knowledge of basic SQL concepts

• Understanding the basic SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE operations
• Knowledge of WHERE constructs for filtering data
• Ability to use ORDER BY to sort results
• Ability create tables with the definition of data types
• Understanding the use of keys (PRIMARY KEY, FOREIGN KEY)
• Ability to delete and modify tables
• Understanding different types of joins such as like INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN, RIGHT JOIN
• Ability to use joins to combine data from different tables
• Knowledge of syntax for creating and calling stored procedures
• Understanding parameters and passing them to procedures and functions
• Ability to return values ​​from functions
• Ability to create VIEWs to conveniently retrieve data from a database
• Understanding the use of VIEWs in SELECT query

It will be a plus:

• Experience in working with PostgreSQL DBMS, databases
• Writing the code of functions and stored procedures in PostgreSQL
• Skills in working with TimescaleDB
• Skills for working with SQL Profiler
• Implementation of dashboards in Grafana
• English language Pre-Intermediate level
• Ability to see the big picture, properly plan the approach to work

Responsibilities:

• Support of existing client installations (development of reports and dashboards)
• Testing before releases (Test plan and test cases of Webitel functionality)
• Manipulation with database objects
• Writing procedures/views/functions in the database to implement custom Webitel processes.
• Documentedanalysis of the typical structure of the database
• Manipulation of data in the database
• Primary optimization of queries in procedures
• Import/export of data to/from Webitel
