Product Group Management Manager / Exosome Platform Lead (R&D / Product Development) in YuRiYa-FARM, Farmacevtichna grupa kompaniy

ReoCell is a medical R&D project in the field of cellular and personalized medicine, which is part of the "Yuriya-Pharm" group of companies.

Today, our R&D laboratory is ready to develop new products, the scientific center to launch clinical studies, and the ReoCell clinic to put these solutions into practice. At the same time, we see a rapid increase in the interest of doctors and patients in cell therapy.

In this regard, we are expanding the team and are looking for a Product Group Management Manager / Exosome Platform Lead (R&D / Product Development), who will help combine science, product and clinical application.

This is a role for a strong biologist with a product mindset who wants to bridge science, product and clinical applications and turn research into working solutions.

What will be the focus of the role:

• Search for clinical areas with high unmet need (oncology, neurology, immune disorders, regenerative medicine, etc.);

• Formation and testing of product hypotheses (exosomes source > mechanism > clinical effect);

• Development of MVP of products and preclinical strategies (in vitro / in vivo, biomarkers, endpoints);

• Evaluation of sources of exosomes and construction of a platform development strategy — from natural to engineered delivery systems;

• Analysis of the market, competitors, patents and regulatory ways;

• Collaboration with the scientific team, clinical experts and business functions.

Who we are looking for

• Master's degree or higher in molecular biology / biotechnology / cell biology or related fields;

• 5+ years in biomedical R&D (biotech, cell therapy, biopharma);

• Experience of working with scientific data and translational research;

• Ability to think in terms of product and translate science into practical solutions;

• English is sufficient for working with scientific publications and international materials.

Would be an advantage: experience with exosomes, EV isolation, NTA, miRNA, cell engineering.

Important: We are looking for someone who wants to build a product and influence direction, not just experiment.
