Vitagro Partner is a production and distribution company. It is part of the VITAGRO group of companies, which specializes in the manufacture and distribution of plant protection products, microfertilizers, seeds, as well as the latest inoculants. Vitagro Partner has 3 own TMs: Semelita - quality seeds, Bayton - selected pesticides according to Canadian formulations, EnerGreen - microfertilizers with exceptional bioavailability . Vitagro is also the exclusive distributor of British inoculants: dry - Premium Inoculant and liquid - Inoculant Premium Forte, and the unique mycorrhizal inoculant MycoFix. We are looking for a product development manager of the ZZRO category for our team. trends in the incidence of diseases / pests of Ukraine and abroad. Participation in the formulation of technical tasks for product development, drawing up product requirements. Control of PPE residues. Operational development of a proposal for the release of unliquidated residues. Participation in the development of special promotions for PPE. Development and approval of research programs for PPE products in various soil and climate regions of Ukraine (demo studies). Preparation of necessary materials for submission of PPE products for registration. Consulting of key clients / regional managers / agronomists the company on technical issues of products. Writing publications on health and safety. Determination of priority profile exhibitions / conferences / seminars for participation. Participation in the preparation of communication materials (presentations, catalogs, brochures, material on the company website, etc.). Formation of reports and analytical information for the company management. Requirements: Successful 3 years of experience in marketing and organizing the promotion of agricultural products. Confident PC user (MS Office, Power Point, 1C). Excellent knowledge of the agricultural market. Conducting negotiations, presentations, trainings. Practical experience in sales, marketing. Developed managerial competencies. Ability to forecast / analytical skills. Fluency in English at the B1 level.
