Product Development Manager (Lighting) in SVIT-BUD LTD, TzOV

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a manager in the commercial department for the product group: lighting and batteries

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the strategy for the development of the range of electrical goods
• Management of the development and promotion of the product categories or other products of the brand;
• Market monitoring and formation of competitive advantages of the product; 
• Formation of assortment policy of the category;
• Product pricing, creation and launch of promotional offers; 
• Research of product users, determination of their actual needs and "pains";
• Formation of TOR for the creation of product category content;
• Initiation and launch of marketing activities aimed at category development;
• Training of personnel on new products and their characteristics.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience work in range development or procurement (preferred).
• Knowledge of the electrical market, including sockets and circuit breakers (preferred).
• Analytical skills to assess the market, competitors and trends.
• Communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and reporting.
• High level of organization and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient for conducting negotiations (preferred).
