Due to expansion, we are inviting a creative, results-oriented Product Development Manager (Lending) to join our team to strengthen our team.

We expect that you already have:

• Work experience in the field of lending (marketing, development of loan products) from 3 years.
• Deep knowledge of the product line in the field of short-term lending to the population (PDL).
• Understanding of business processes from application to loan issuance.
• Knowledge of market trends, experience in market and competitor analysis, and possess product metrics.
• Higher education.

Tasks that will be:

• Support and improve existing credit products, business processes and reporting.
• Develop concepts and plan the launch of new products, prepare technical tasks, monitor execution and test.
• Analyze and improve current processes and the product line with the goal of business development.
• Monitor competitors and changes in the lending market.
• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented products, look for opportunities for optimization.
• Constant search for growth points and their development.
