We invite a Product Development Manager to join our team .

Responsibilities:

• Market and consumer analysis: monitoring and analysis of market trends, competitors, consumer needs, monitoring of sales, market share and other indicators of product performance;< /li>
• product life cycle management and improvement of product positions in the market;
• project management and lead from idea to shelf;
• interaction with other departments to ensure effective implementation of strategy and projects;
• planning and project budget management;
• project document flow.

From the candidate we expect:

• work experience of 2 years or more (in marketing or in the food industry in a similar position will be an advantage);
• understanding of the food market, trends and consumer needs;
• skills of collecting, processing, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data;
• knowledge of the basics of marketing, market research methods;
• effective communication and the ability to work in a team;
< li>responsibility for results and successful experience in project implementation. ?
