We have research stations and sales offices in all climatic zones. The key tasks of the product development manager: The main responsibilities are the creation and filling of the company's portfolio, the positioning of new varieties and hybrids, market and product knowledge. The product development manager:• Participates in development and implementation of tactical plans.• Works on increasing market share together with the sales and marketing department.• Collects and analyzes data on crops and their segments in Ukraine, and prepares reports for regional product managers, portfolio managers and breeders.• Organizes trials new varieties and hybrids in different regions of Ukraine.• Conducts regular review of trials, analysis and prepares interim and final reports on new varieties and hybrids. Necessary skills:• You have at least 3 years of work experience in the vegetable industry.• You know how to develop business relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the company.• You have a clear understanding of running a seed business and analytical skills.• You ask questions to get a full understanding of problems or needs.• You are open to learning new things and skills.• You have critical thinking.• You know the basics of testing methods.• You speak English at the B2 level.• You have organizational skills and are able to determine priorities.• You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point .
