Product development manager "Enza Zaden Ukraine" LLP has a vacancy for the position of product development manager. We have scientific stations and sales offices in all climatic zones. Key tasks of the product development manager: The main responsibilities are the creation and filling of the company's portfolio, positioning of new varieties and hybrids, market and product knowledge. Product development manager: Participates in the development and implementation of tactical plans. Works on increasing market share together with the sales and marketing department. Collects and analyzes data on crops and their segments in Ukraine, and prepares reports for regional product managers, portfolio managers and breeders. Organizes trials of new varieties and hybrids in different regions of Ukraine. Conducts regular review of trials, analysis and prepares interim and final reports on new varieties and hybrids. Necessary skills: You have at least 3 years of experience in the vegetable industry. You know how to develop business relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the company. You have a clear understanding of running a seed business and analytical skills. You ask questions to get a full understanding of problems or needs. You are open to learning new knowledge and skills. You have a critical mindset. You know the basics testing methods. You speak English at the B2 level. You have organizational skills and are able to determine priorities. You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Teams) and are ready to master new specialized programs.
