Product designer (UX\UI) in Intex Agency

We are looking for a Product designer for the project. About the company Intex agency is a Ukrainian web agency, we work with a full remote system. We develop digital solutions for business in various areas of web interfaces. Tasks — regular communication and brainstorming with project stakeholders in English — generation of ideas, including UX and their argumentation and implementation — UX research (user interview, user questionnaire, user persona, heuristic analysis) — informational architecture (mindmaps, user journey , user flow, wireframing) —UIdesign (design system, Figma components, variables, user interface design) Expectations from the candidate The product (mobile application) will change the lives of millions of people living in poverty in African countries, India, Haiti: -Therefore, empathy and understanding of the importance of the mission of the product must be archived. — the desire to understand the needs of users and discover these needs with the help of a mobile and desktop application — command of the English language on par (I will be able to argue my opinion in brainstorming sessions with the client) — readiness for adequate criticism — initiative (❗️) and ability to work in a team The team is currently in the onboarding stage of the project, so the first week or two is part-time employment, with transition to full-time in the next 3-4 weeks. The project is an existing product that we will completely redesign from scratch. There is access to existing users, so data collection and truthfulness will be at the highest possible level.
