What are you will you do as Chief Product Design Specialist?

• Develop customer journey maps (CJM) to understand and visualize the customer experience.
• Create prototypes for testing and gathering feedback from users.
• Conduct user tests and A/B tests to validate the effectiveness of proposed ideas .
• Initiate collaborative multi-stakeholder processes to evaluate and refine ideas.
• Organize workshops for work breakdown, risk assessment, and definition of key requirements and timelines.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation through continuous collaboration and feedback.
• Maintain research process statistics and track the status of ideas in the flow:
  • market analysis / customer interviews to confirm or refute hypotheses /idey
  • organization of interaction with Tribe
  • creating a system of metrics (KRI) of the life cycle of ideas and Time to market

• Full higher education;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.
• Work experience in the field of 2 years or more;
• Knowledge of agile principles and tasks;< /li>
• Knowledge in the field of digital marketing;
• Jira, Confluence - desirable;
• Knowledge in the field of Internet applications and banking;
• Communication skills : stress resistance, working with objections, knowing the ability to negotiate and work in a team.
