Product designer - UI Specialist in Betao AB

About the role Betao provides services and tools for tens of thousands of self-employed entrepreneurs in France. Our main product is a web-based SaaS application helping small businesses with company creation, invoicing, online payments, website building, tax declarations, and everything small companies might need to create and develop their business. We are looking for a Product designer - UI Specialist to help us craft and maintain our design language across various devices and platforms inside our Services and SaaS teams. As a UI specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining/evolving our design system and shape the user interface, ensuring consistency,usability,accessibility and aesthetics. What you will do: Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designer to gather requirements and define design goals and requirementson the different scopes of our product(Services, SaaS and website) Develop and maintain the design system, including components, guidelines, and best practices Bring a strong eye for visual design while always keeping in mind user experience, simplicity, and ease of use Create wireframes, prototypes, visual designand mockups to communicate design ideas and user interactions Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of the design system into the product Who you are: Minimum 2 years of UI/Product design experience Experience working with cross-functional teams Experience in developing and working with design systems Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs ready to be implemented Solid understanding of the key UX principles and methodologies General understanding of web development and feasibility of designs Proficiency in Figma Fluent in English, French speaker is a bonus A doer attitude based onproblem solving with an eye for details Why you should join us?
