How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• improvement of existing and creation of new functionality for the Rider application
• generation, validation of hypotheses for product improvement
• interaction with the team to ensure product compliance with business requirements and user needs
• work with the design system
• close cooperation with software, business analysts, developers, and designers
• creation of prototypes and usability testing -testing
• conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing the results and feedback, in order to ensure an understanding of user needs and product requirements
• regular interaction with the design team

Challenges for three months:
• familiarization with products, processes in the company
• independent and high-quality execution of design tasks
• formation of hypotheses with product improvements based on analytical data
• team and collective adaptation

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of commercial design experience
• 1+ year experience working with a mobile application
• experience working with Figma
• understanding and experience with Material/HIG guidelines
• experience working in a cross-functional team
• experience working in Agile processes ( Scrum/Kanban)

Of course, we will teach, but it is good to have:

• experience working with an existing design system
• understanding of basic product metrics
• experience creating interface animations

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of reward)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation

How will you pump your skills in Uklon?
