Product Designer (polished UI must) in BetterMe

About the tasks:

- Work out the UI design of layouts to attract new users;
— Improve the design of existing pages by a/b-testing to increase the conversion to a purchase;
— Work out the benefits of the product, graphics, paywalls and look for new ideas to attract users on the topics of Health&Fitness and Mental Health;
— Collaborate with specialists from various fields, including product managers, marketers, analysts, UX researchers, to identify growth opportunities and develop effective design solutions;
— Work with our developers and testers to ensure proper design implementation;
— Develop designs based on user feedback and data analysis;
— Develop and maintain a design system and brandbook to ensure consistency across platforms.

About you:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in design with a focus on UI design, experience in graphic design is also a plus;

— You have at least 1-2 years of experience in product design with an emphasis on growth or user engagement. Experience with paywalls is a big plus;
— Your portfolio can demonstrate design solutions supported by metrics;
— You have an understanding of user behavior and psychology;
— You have experience with Figma, Miro , Jira and Adobe Creative Suite;
— Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools (for example, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau);
— You understand front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS , JavaScript) and their impact on design.

Details about the department:

We are looking for a Marketing Product Designer for our Web team that will actively work on attracting and monetizing users. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating designs that improve business metrics and have an understanding of user behavior and psychology.
The team currently has 6 designers + team lead. There are daily sinks, once a week design sink, retro, learning, and if necessary you can gather for a brainstorm.
