Product Designer (Mobile) in Netpeak Group

Kiss My Apps is looking for a creative and focused Product Designer to work closely with our product team , to help us improve the user experience of our mobile applications. 

Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products. In the last year, the total MRR of the products included in Kiss My Apps has increased 5 times, now our products attract up to 1.5M new users every month, and the total audience is already more than 30M users. 

Our portfolio includes more than 30 applications of various categories: Astrology, Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others.

Hard and soft required skills:

🔹At least 2 years of professional experience. 

🔹Sufficient command of programs such as Figma, Adobe CC. 

🔹Demonstrated experience in applying UI/UX principles. 

🔹Knowledge of design principles for Android and iOS. 

🔹Experience in conducting user research and interpreting user feedback. 

🔹Confirmed experience of effective teamwork. 

🔹Constructive perception of feedback and criticism to improve the design. 

🔹Quick adaptation to changes and the ability to work with uncertain situations. 

The main responsibilities are:

🔹Development of convenient and attractive mobile application interfaces. 

🔹Cooperation with the product team to implement the design.

Kiss My Apps is part of the Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter Russian propaganda. Some of them are in cooperation with partners, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and cyber police. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we take part: content creation, advertising in social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood oflabels for animals, and also helps with the procurement of necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
