< strong>How exactly you can influence for the development of the company:
• form a vision for the development of UI/UX of key products based on the company's goals and control its implementation
• manage the design team and ensure its development
• ensure the implementation and relevance of system design for main products
• implement best practices in the work of the design department
• analyze design trends in the market (direct and indirect competitors)

Challenges for three months:
• onboarding of products and processes
• audit of processes in the design team
• understanding of the main metrics of products and their impact on key business indicators

Challenges for six months:
• independent management of the design team
• development and protection of the UI/UX strategy of key products
• optimization of design team processes

To achieve results, to you you will need:
• 2+ years of experience in the position of design lead, head of design or in a similar leadership role
• 5+ years of commercial experience in product design of mobile applications
• work example over strategy and interface in a volume product or product line
•  a high level of interface design and attention to detail
• skills with quantitative data, analytics and A/B testing to improve product design
• experience in implementing design systems: from creation in Figma to implementation together with engineers
• deep understanding of mobile patterns, platform guidelines, available technologies
• experience in building processes in design team, management and performance measurement

Of course we will train, but it is good to have:
• experience working on B2C products with high traffic
• experience work in ride-hailing or related fields

How do you manage your working hours?
• can plan your own work schedule, however, to be effective, we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off onpersonal needs and 10 - due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a gift to the company
• day off for blood donation
