DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on visual design. As a Product Designer, you will work on various projects in a lean and dynamic environment, maintaining a balance between thorough and quick working modes while contributing to the creation of innovative and user-centric solutions.Bizzabo powers immersive in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. Bizzabo was founded in 2011 by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan and is headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv.RequirementsResponsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers) to understand project requirements and conduct user research to identify user needs.Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive user experiences through user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.Design visually appealing interfaces that effectively communicate our product vision and brand identity.Actively iterate on designs through A/B testing and user feedback to ensure optimal usability.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of three years of experience in product design.Strong portfolio showcasing a user-centric design approach and successful product design solutions.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.Passion for staying updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.Bonus: Experience with designing for mobile platforms.
