Product Designer, Incubation in PandaDoc

In our Incubation track, we are cultivating a "startup within a startup" environment and creating brand-new use cases including AI-powered features and enhancements. You will be at the forefront of bringing fresh ideas to life, driving these projects from inception to product-market fit.In This Role, You WillConduct in-depth discovery and customer research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needsWork closely with product owners and iterate based on findings from research, experiments, and feedbackWork closely with the UX copywriter to develop concise, accurate, and on-brand messagingWork closely with engineers as they build and ship solutionsAdopt a customer-centric approach to the whole teamAbout YouYou have a strong product portfolioExpert in diverse customer research methodologiesRecognize how solving real user problems positively impacts the businessAn entrepreneurial mindset.
