Product Designer (Barcelona only) in Söderberg & Partners Heartpace AB

Required skills:

• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Proficient in modern UX/UI design tools (our team uses Figma as a primary tool).
• Ability to understand and design for complex workflows and to simplify them into seamless user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders across the organization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with data visualization of big data and the ability to design complex UI (e.g. dashboards).
• Knowledge of Front-end development principles; helps in creating more feasible designs.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in creating inclusive and accessible designs.
• Required English level: Advanced.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Human Resources / Performance Management solutions (big data products).
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
• Certifications in Complex UI Design / Data Visualization / Business-driven UX / UX Research

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to design innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance our HR SaaS product's functionality and user interface.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze user feedback for ongoing product improvement and development.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights and assess feedback to drive design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to best practices and incorporate the latest trends in SaaS product design.
• Regularly update and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all product elements.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation.
