Wirex is looking for a talented Product Designer with a strong focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will be involved in all stages of product development, from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities
— User Research and Insights: Conduct user research and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
— Design Excellence: Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that reflect a deep understanding of user needs.
— Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
— Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a seamless implementation of designs.
— Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the user experience.

Requirements
— 2 years of experience in Product or UI/UX design, preferably within the fintech industry.
— A strong portfolio showcasing real product design cases, with examples of solving complex design problems.
— Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
— Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
— Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
