We are looking for a person for a new direction of the product (Preschool), who will work on it together with the Product Owner. The key challenge is to solve problems in a state of uncertainty and transform solutions into a user-friendly interface ready for development. Over time, there is a prospect of growing to a leading position.

Our team is looking for a person who has:

• High level of UI and best practices/smart patterns. We expect the specialist to be able to generate multiple solutions and quickly scan the solution design in the market
• Able to work within the framework of uncertainty and turn it into clear points for execution
• Works autonomously on his area of ​​responsibility, at the same time, also a good team player
• Has experience in working on products and in cooperation with the Product Owner/Product manager
• Works well with the development team

What you will do:

• Work in the full cycle design process from generation to development
• Through user research and smart patterns, propose and defend solutions problems
• Design the interfaces of the mobile and web versions of the application
• Conduct grooming meetings with the development team together with the PO and accompany them during the development of the task
• Support and improve the design system

Your work in the Dream team:

• Full time
• The first two months - work in office (there is a shelter), after - a possible hybrid schedule
• Work on a really important project for Ukraine
