Product Designer in Esports Charts

Esports Charts is a Ukrainian analytical IT company that develops big data analysis services for eSports, streaming, sports, etc. markets. Our services https://escharts.com and https://streamscharts.com are one of the largest public sources of streaming and eSports analytics in the world.

👀 Who we are looking for : argue their own theses, ask difficult questions and ideally - know what Twitch and Esports are.

The team is working on two main projects:

+ streamscharts.com - streaming analytics

+ escharts.com - eSports statistics

We need a person who will become our product designer and help projects grow.

🧠 What will be the areas of responsibility:

• Deep understanding of user needs, behavior and motivation to make informed design decisions.
   
• Communication with development team and management
   
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and test design decisions.
   
• Build easy, simple and clear funnels 
   
• Do interfaces as user-friendly as possible
   
• Competitor analysis 
   
• Protect user needs by maintaining a high quality bar throughout the design process.

🤩 Pretty cool if you have:

• More than 2 years of proven experience as a product designer UX/UI, graphics and big data work.

• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional interaction design skills and user-centered design thinking.< /li>

• Proactive collaboration skills, share work early and often encourage colleagues to seek constructive feedback from their managers, partners, teams and product development team.< /li>

• Ability to work with the design system and support it.

• Experience in A/B testing.

• Strong leadership qualities, you care about what you do.

• Aware of the latest user interface trends, methods and technologies.

• You watch Twitch, you know what's different LEC from LCS, you know that The Last of Us is not only a series.
