Product Designer in RTB House

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team. Currently, our team consists of 24 people, including two designers who work directly with product teams. Your task will be to optimize existing solutions and design new ones based on our business domain. Collecting requirements in close cooperation with the business department and front-end developers. Data analysis and audit of existing solutions
Reviewing data and auditing existing solutions to identify problems and prioritize tasks.

Testing solutions with users
Conducting usability tests and collecting feedback from users in order to iteratively improve projects.

Daily team collaboration
Active collaboration with other designers, the development team and the business team to validate concepts, define problems and adapt solutions to user needs.

Designing new functionalities and optimizing UX/UI
Working on improving the application, developing the system design, and designing new functionalities, primarily aimed at solving existing usability problems and business.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in designing complex web panels implementing advanced business processes
• Experience in building and maintaining system design in Figma, using autolayouts and components.
• Knowledge of web development, including knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience in conducting tests and in-depth interviews with users
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods used in UX design
• Experience in interpreting and reasoning based on data from analytical tools
• Good knowledge of English (B2+)
• Portfolio confirming your professional experience
• Independence, analytical thinking, communication skills
• Sense of aesthetics, attention to detail and coherence of elements
