Product designer remotely USaaS-company AcademyOcean is looking for a product designer to implement solutions aimed at improving the experience of using the product. Your skills: Experience in design from the 1st year. Ability to work with Figma, Sketch, etc. tools. Design thinking. Prototyping experience. Experience conducting user interviews. Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to apply them in practice. The ability to clearly convey one's opinion and present ideas. It will be a plus: Experience in the field of product design, preferably in a SaaS company. Experience in analyzing user behavior data (for example, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Firebase, etc.). Knowledge of English is not lower than Intermediate. The team is waiting for you: Creating prototypes, design layouts and other materials and preparing them for the development team. Participate in the design of new functions and improvement of existing ones, based on the analysis of data and feedback from users. Creation of prototypes, design layouts of other materials for communication with the development team. Optimizing the user experience, with the aim of increasing the ease of use of the product and its efficiency. Conducting in-depth interviews and user testing. Research of competitors, trends, models, best practices and implementation of received ideas. We offer: A fixed rate based on the results of the interview. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in the event of a power outage.
