Product Designer/3D Stylized Character Artist in UST Ukraine

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Product Designer/3D Stylized Character Artist with expertise in gamification, animation and product design. This individual will lead the design for the development of health and fitness motivation app with a focus on gamification of fitness goals and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating fun and immersive user experiences while also prioritising usability and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design Virtual Pet animations.
• Conceptualise and design gamification features .
• Create engaging and intuitive mobile user interfaces that promote user interaction, motivation, and retention.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on user feedback.
• Design animated characters, avatars, and visual elements that enhance the user experience and reflect the app’s personality.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in visual and interactive elements across all aspects of the app.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in gaming and animation product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and animation software (we are planning to use Flutter and Rive for this app)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and translate complex ideas into compelling designs.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with mobile app design and familiarity with platform-specific design guidelines (iOS, Android).
• Knowledge of gamification techniques, game mechanics, and behavioral psychology principles is highly desirable.
