We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who will be responsible for the design and development of media products and system design for our digital media from the RASP portfolio - building one system for all Onet and Fakt websites. , Newsweek, Forbes and Business Insider.

• You have at least 2 years of commercial experience in designing and developing products, which will be confirmed by your portfolio of completed projects
• Knowledge of design methodologies and processes
• You can communicate in an understandable way - you can convince both responsible people to support your projects for business development, and development teams working with you on the product
• You are open to cross-area cooperation, you like working in a group and you are able to receive and give feedback to others
• You are able to take responsibility for your own projects from concept to market implementation
• You follow market trends and are able to present conclusions and recommendations based on them
• You work in Figma every day and are fluent in using the tool
< li> You have knowledge about research (market benchmark, usability testing)
• You speak English at a communicative level (B1/B2)

• Higher education in UX/UI Design, Product Design, design, cognitive science or related fields
• Experience in designing mock-ups based on a design system
• Experience in designing systems, component libraries
• Experience in designing products and services for the B2C market
• Experience in facilitating sessions/meetings in the Design Thinking approach
• Viewer on the topic programming
• Experience in web analytics
• Research experience
