We are looking for a Middle Product Designer to work with a cross-platform product in the Books niche. This is a marketplace for modern romance novels that connects talented writers from around the world with true book lovers. Our goal is to make this product one of the market leaders.
Key tasks:• UX/UI design solutions for iOS, Android and Web platforms according to user needs and business goals < br/>• Conducting tests for product improvement, usability testing of concepts or existing functionality: corridor testing, moderated/unmoderated testing)
• Researching competitor design solutions < br/>• Hypothesis generation and testing to improve UX and product conversion metrics
• Creation of concepts and prototypes in the framework of product discovery
• Support and development of the design system
• Interaction with the cross-functional product team
Required skills and experience:
• Experience in the role of Product Designer from 2 years
• Mandatory experience with B2C mobile applications
• Knowledge of Android Material Design Guidelines and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience in supporting/building design systems
• UX writing skills and experience
• Prototyping skills
• Figma experience
• < /b> Usability testing experience
• SDLC understanding
• Proactivity and developed communication skills (ability to present and argue hypotheses, design solutions
• Speed and flexibility in working with hypotheses
• Understanding of business processes that affect overall product performance
Will be a plus:
• Ability to work with product analytics and metrics• Experience with transactional and/or subscription monetization models
• Experience with content applications
• Information architecture construction skills
• Experience with A/B tests
• Experience with Clickstream and Heatmap services
• English level sufficient for moderated usability testing
